Mode updates: Chat (again) and user content.

Hi again, we've been doing a couple small changes here and there:

The performance issues that we've been suffering during the last week have been solved, the frontpage shouldn't take ages to load now.
The Phuks web chat has been moved to chat.phuks.co (from chat.phoxy.win). The old address will be retired soon.
All user uploads will now be served from useruploads.phuks.net (used to be i.phoxy.win), and all thumbnails will come from thumbs.phuks.net (used to be t.phoxy.win)
