Crucifixions take place after the beheading. The body, with the separated head sewn back on, is hung from or against a pole in public to act as a deterrent. The pole is sometimes shaped in the form of a cross, hence the use of the term “crucifixion”

Culturally and ethically primitive people.
It's about time the civilized nations started holding them accountable for their vile behaviour.

I supposed it's better than traditional crucification.

I'd rather have that type than the traditional way, myself. I didn't post that to mitigate it in any way, more for the WTF value.

Beheading, in itself, I don't think is a bad method of capitol punishment, and some sort of public display sounds reasonable to me in some cases, while I wouldn't endorse this method.
