I think the lawsuits are fine, but he needs to shut up about it while things are in motion and let the lawyers do their work.

He's a clown himself honestly. Yes, he never should have been prosecuted, and it's good that the court system worked in this case, but that doesn't mean he is a good or intelligent person. People seem to struggle at separating these kinds of ideas and just jump into black and white thinking where somebody is "on the right side" and good or "on the wrong side" and bad. Most people are just all over and good in some ways and bad in others.
