It just shows congress frequently makes bad decisions. Back when they were passing unaccompanied minor regulations in 2008ish, they were like "yeah lets give them homes in the US and they'll get a free education", but instead they end up breaking child labor laws.

Again the teen made the choice, then we have the American society who wanted cheap labour and goods. Congress is giving us what we want
