Next you'll see a hole in the liner and they'll be using the inside as a napping/hiding spot. Mine did that to our box springs and the oldest one still uses that as a napping spot

Our Kitten recently got stuck inside the couch. She used to fit inside no problem, but I don't think she realized how much she has grown.
