All the people I know that usually watch the Olympics are ignoring them this year. The stands are mostly empty, there's fake crowd noise, the athletes look tired and there's almost nobody bouncing around all happy about being there. TV interviews are low energy and boring. They sound like they're being forced to be there. Not fun to watch.
