I have an opinion here that might be seen as controversial but I have a reason to believe it so hear me out: I think John McAfee actually did kill himself. Now before you call me some kind of normie, let me explain why. Ok. So. Here are three things we know about John McAfee: 1. He's a fucking whackjob. Like, even by tax evading ancap standards. 2. He's a con artist. 3. He's based as all hell. With that out of the way, here's some important stuff we *don't* know about John McAfee, but that we did know about Epstein: Who (generally) did he have dirt on? When did he get that information? *How* did he get that information? Why didn't he share it earlier? In Epstein's case, we know he had dirt on a lot of rich, powerful, and famous people. We know when and how he got that information; he got it from years of running that island for those people. We know why he didn't share that information earlier; because that would be detrimental to him and his clientele. His only opportunity to rat people out would have been after his arrest when he had nothing else to lose, and that's when they killed him. John McAfee doesn't seem to fill any of those boxes. We don't know who he had dirt on. We don't know when or how he got that information. And it makes no fucking sense that he didn't share it for the very long period of time that he was on the run before getting arrested. I guess shitposting about tranny porn was a higher priority. All he ever seemed to tell us was "uh oh guyize, looks like da e l i t e s are coming to get me! if i kill myself i probably didn't do it!!!!!!!111!" And all he was wanted for here was fucking tax evasion. No details on either end that would suggest someone from the shadows wanted/needed him dead. Going back to the first two things we know about him, he is a nutcase, and he's a pretty good con artist; he knows how to use his public image and eccentric personality to manipulate people. Like saying he'd eat his own dick if BTC didn't reach 500K by 2020. #What this all leads me to believe is that he killed himself to frame the shadow lizard people for assassinating him. Think about it. Proving a high-profile person like him *wasn't* assassinated by a group of powerful people is almost impossible to prove. So if you just happen to be someone like McAfee, and you want to become the next Jeffery Epstein, all you have to do is tell people the government is after you for vague reasons and you definitely WON'T kill yourself, wait until you get caught for your minor crimes, then kill yourself. Assuming his goals are to make himself out to be a martyr and drive public trust in the government even lower, he probably accomplished it. Based as all fuck? Kinda. But that's just a theory. I mean he also could have just faked his death or something who knows with that guy.
