Laurel and Hardy are legendary. I used to watch them on VHS all the time when I was at my grandmothers as a kid! Their timing, body language and humor are timeless. Literally none of current day comedians can even get close to those two.
Literally everything is on YouTube. We've been watching them sequentially, two or three so far are just.'bad. On 1930 still, starts in '29 with sound. Weird shit is that they actually reshot for each language.....at least for a while. Look up the main producer and he did that with several shows.
