What did they do wrong except hire someone who thought a 9 year old was competent to handle an uzi and died for his mistake? I don't see how they can sue the range.

yea I remember when it happened and I doubt a lawsuit would go anywhere. It's a mistake that cost the instructor his life and gave the girl some therapy bills, but the person responsible is dead. It was probably dismissed or the rage gave the family some nuisance/we're sorry money.
