A training at Deception Pass State Park could look something like this: A small submersible carrying eight Navy SEALs approaches the shoreline at night, while the park is closed to the public. A few SEALs swim to shore and enter the park under the cover of darkness. Once in the park, they stay for 24 to 48 hours.

They could sell special park passes for these events.

Snowflakes with a NIMBY mindset only worry themselves. At least until something dramatic happens and service men's lives are lost through a lack of training. Then they'll start in with the questions about inadequate training programs and start trying to blame someone in the military for not properly training those people.
