I bought an old-style postal jeep and and will need to paint it someday. What paint scheme should I go with?

Go with Army. Get spray cans filled with the paint, you can easily touch it up later. That's the beauty of simple colors and flat paints, you can't really tell when you paint over a blemish or rust later.
