There is a great deal of hilarity in the fact that he banned a bunch of false vote manipulators but then praised the loudest and most open vote manipulator with a special badge.
Putt did a bad script run that flagged a bunch of users as vote manipulators (using alts, vote stalking, etc). Most were correct, MANY were not. People got mad, he (as usual) got pissy and started telling contradictory accounts and "things." He dropped out of the conversation with more than a few people then posted 3 stickies to whine about it wherein he didn't really reply.
Voat lately has been worthless with 60% post of crap, I've not been there for a week or more.
I joined Voat way in the beginning and it used to be a decent place. Now it's just become a bunch of edgy teens trying to out edge each other. It's really gone downhill.
The problem with Voat is that it's like 100% white supremacist shit. I don't mind some of that shit because that's a side effect of free speech and I'm cool with it, but that's ALL Voat is as far as I can tell, I deleted my account a while back.

That's why I left a while back. Dumbshits turning it all into "Hitler was right!" I can tolerate some of that, and I'm actually open to reading some of that. But, sheesh, all "All Jews are pure evil" all the time? Not the kind of mental stimulation I'm looking for when I get on the internet.
In a nutshell, some users are deemed better than others. Throw the mass bannings in, and voat is imploding.
Putt's been banhammering people suspected of brigading, Kevy is up to his usual protectvoatism, and an SDBH poster got mad at him and came here. That's what I've been able to piece together from all this. I think the builders are Kevdude's new brigading clan but not sure.
