I was given a promotion at work yesterday. I can now upgrade my car, a higher salary and more days off (2.5 but still).
Im humbled and all, but last year I got a Keurig, and goatsshadow uses it more than I do.
I wouldve been fine with a keurig for myself. Honestly.
I've had times where I was earning big dollars and times when I was living on two minute noodles and it never felt a lot different. I honestly think even people like Bill Gates feel like they don't have enough to do what they want.
Thats really humble of you. I can respect that. Bill Gates doesnt seem to be one of those 'I dont have enough money for what i want' types.

I have plans to help my family, and i have some savings put away from a surprise windfall 3 weeks ago.
Its really just enough to cover the taxes from my previous salary.
