Sorry, bad title on my part. There is a limit on the resolution of the imagery. The fox article claims its limited to a 2 meter resolution, though I'm not sure what exactly the 2m measurement pertains to.

basically image pixels which are the equivalent of 2 meters each.

Just learned this today while reading this article. If only the US had the same concern for its own privacy.
