Your posts don't suck. But keep in mind that the site is still small, and some people are tight with the votes.

I've been upvoting the ones I look at.
Sometimes you post a bit too rapidly and some of them fall through the cracks. It could also have to do with fewer people browsing all/new.
It is mostly because I just enter some source that has multiple interesting links I want to post. If I posted few and saved some for later, I would forget about it, the notification would not be there etc.

Actually, I am now reading a book on societal collapse right now. It ranges from Sumer to Russian Federation, mostly history but some ecology or similar topics as well. I only wish the book was transalted to English.
Nobody has seen them. It's early morning in the US and midday in the UK. And Australia/NZ is asleep now.
