She proceeds to torture David Kassick w/ her taser for an obscenely excessive amount of time when he was clearly pacified, down, and struggling to comply. She would scream don't move at him while still tasing him on the ground. She would scream at the man (who was already on the ground) "to get on the ground now". For no reason after he has been pacified she retreats to an angle behind him where she briefly couldn't see his hands then shoots him. Afterwards she walks back to an angle where the wounded, shaken, and excessively tased man's hands were visible again. Despite them being clearly visible she kept screaming at him to show her his hands etc.
She was acquitted and returned to work.
Any sane person who watches this video will see a torture and murder. This goes beyond incompetence.

I just don't think it's the type of story that should be forgotten and let you guys be the judge.
I think it's fairly apparent that certain individuals will have to be held accountable for their actions by the general populace.
