I see tons of posts with few or no comments. I can only assume that folks have opinions and experiences they can relate to lots of posts; please share and respond to posts with your ideas and everything else that's in your brain- help grow Phuks as a viable and interesting community. I've only been here a couple months and think this is a super site with incredible potential for a great community. Share you Phukers!!
I presume, this is because it's convenient to browse /new for quick updates and there are few comments there because the users didn't have enough time to answer. If you'd check hot several times a day you'd find little of interest, because it doesn't change much.
I find it hard because I come here once every few days and between voting up all the thrads and making a few topics I don't have alot of time outside that.
I'm proud to boast a 10:1 comment/post ratio. I'm here for the discussion, even though I'm usually just talking to myself.
I generally comment if 1) I'm in the mood to do so. 2) I have something to add.
I do hate it though when I get into a long, drawn out back and forth. I prefer to say my piece and not get into big ta dos over nothing.
