I am going to start petitioning for immediate NATO action. I need a tactical air strike.

Didn't you kill that kid and that old lady a few years ago? I thought you'd have moved to Cuba by now. And you probably should while you still have the chance.

But, if you're still there I guess it wouldn't hurt to just Molotov these guys yourself. PM me if you need any help.

"But first we need a cuppa and start on the paperwork..."

I don't understand what's happening.
Is the music coming from a car parked outside?
Why?

It's some fucking party bus thing. The video doesn't even do the volume justice, it's loud as fuck.

Is that legal?
We have noise limits depending on zone and time. You can't rock a party bus in a residential neighbourhood.

If it was here I would suggest recording the van, with the logo and noise, and send it to by-law enforcement.
Not sure how that would/wouldn't work in your area.

I'm actually not sure. If the source of the noise is coming from a house, you can get warnings from the police and end up being evicted.

The only laws I can think of that may apply are disturbance of the peace stuff, but that's intended for more malicious acts. I actually would not call any kind of law enforcement for this though, because there have been severe police cuts across the country and my area specifically has been badly affected. Even community support officers are few and far between here.

I know these sorts of people. The only way to make them leave is to play worse music even louder. I recommend yodeling with a dep baseline.

Its sort of like an alpha male dick measuring contest, but instead of inches its decibels.
