so you have a problem with the deal, and to the facts of the science.
good
I think both sides lie in the climate debate making it hard to accurately gauge the true effects. If Al Gore was to be believed the North Pole would have melted away years ago now. Pollution is certainly very real and if it cut back on it then it would be a good thing. So yeah, my main issue is with the deal itself. We were basically expected to foot the bill while China's hyper-economy continued w/o any serious regulation or any kind of impediment for more than a decade. The whole thing was designed to move more business to less regulated countries and everyone was playing by a different set of rules.
well, with the shift to solar, wind, etc. I think we will dodge a bullet.
And China is looking to get into this because otherwise it really shortens the lives of its workforce.

If it becomes profitable then we can slow, then reverse several bad trends
Did you actually read the agreement? We take a massive hit while China's industry is unaffected for more than a decade. Every country had different levels of commitment. For example we'd be exporting billions to India to help their economy for years. It was a shit deal for the US cooked up by a bunch of globalist crooks.
