I have three pairs like this. The Jack of Spades Air Force Ones, the baby blue Air Force 25s and now this pair. I just like shiny shoes... I used to run track and was a regional point champ. Nike gave me a free pair when I was 14 and I just like colourful shoes... I guess it's a character trait. You're right though, they don't match my leather jacket or most of my day to day gear. Come summer they match my blue Hoth (Star wars) shirt and a few other gems I keep. With the orange laces (which I put on) they match my clemsons sweater and my clemson hat though... so there's that... but to wrap it up I just like flashy shoes... My recently retired pair are bright orange/red Supras from california (special order) and people didn't recognize me when I cut my hair until they saw my shoes lol
