I didn't think I was a millennial. I have a daughter that is too old to be a millennial.
But I don't see anything wrong with your situation, so I must be. I could go longer without a toilet than internet.
I may not have a backyard at this height, but I still have a window.

I'm still not certain where the cut off for millennial is. I read an article a bit back thay basically said the cut off is about 95-98 and goes back to 79 or something. Basically If you were old enough to understand the repercussions of 9/11. If not you're a post millennial, although not everyone agrees with that.

We should be getting a toilet tomorrow.

I didn't realize that millennials started that early. I'm still 'ahead of my time' I guess. But my daughter qualifies as a millennial.

The generational time period would be the largest. The thing is this was only one person's definition. But there's a lot of reasoning for it. Including growing up pre internet age. Post millinials are too young to remember the revolution of technology. And to them it's just always been a thing. Also a bunch of other qualifiers that I don't recall.

Nice. New place?

Yup. Kind of a shit hole. But it's a on actual house on a bit of land and I call it my own.

Phuk man if we were close I'd help you renovate... However it's a good feeling being able to call a place your own in this day and age... there're lots of people including myself that can't say the same so good for you :D

I appreciate it. We had a coworker who was gonna do some work for our landlord and totally flaked out. So they lost a weeks worth of work before the landlord got some contractors in.

That's when they discovered it wasn't just a little leak, but that the entire bathroom needed to be torn out.

Harder to install plumbing than RJ45/fiber optic. Been there done both.
