Mark became a billionaire by sorting through what people thought was 'worthless' and collecting personal data. If he mistrusts snooping so much, that should tell you all you need to know about his intentions with your info.

He is seriously paranoid, he probably know how much people should hate him. He not only tapes up his laptop camera like everyone (should). He bought the four houses beside his Silicon Valley home so no one could snoop. And he built a Trump sized wall outside his Hawaii house, which the residents didn't like very much.
