Astronomers enraged by huge man-made star that has 'vandalised' the sky

At a certain point, there will be so many objects in the sky that the danger is too high and it might not be possible to launch satellites into low-earth orbit anymore

I think we should just send a few big magnetic wrecking balls up there and gather up all the trash. Maybe we'll get a new moon out of it.

Actually now I'm wondering if a magnetic object would decay in orbit due to earth's magnetic poles?

Every time I see this story I think how stupid that was. And then check the website to see if it is overhead.
