The wording for the rule is actually not that bad.
It sounds like a rule against inciting violence. Which is reasonable.

But I don't believe it will be used that way. It is left vague enough that it can be 'interpreted' how they like. It's already being lopsidedly enforced. Antifa still has a sub.
