I feel like he is approaching this the wrong way. Teachers are subject to progressive discipline action like most other jobs. What I would do is look for a way to pressure superintendents to hold their principles accountable for not enforcing policies that deal with teachers stepping out of bounds.
I'm not speaking to this merits of this bill. While I don't think teachers should be teaching LGBT, I'm not sure I'm onboard with the scope of this legislation.

Which religion? If every religion in the US may apply it would mean nothing. Even I am a pope of some church officially existing in the US, but I can't even remember the name of it.
