I remember California passing the most stretch smog regulations in the country, today it's no better. ships from other countries are exempt from emissions, out of stare commercial vehicles are exempt from emissions, trains are exempt from emissions yet they come into the state with ease. My motorhome, truck, cars are all registered out of state and I save hundreds of dollars a year on car tax. This executive order will be a joke for large corporations.
