The supreme court, having gone though this with Kavenaugh, will. not. listen (remember, it's an appointment hearing, not a trial). Trump's pick will be appointed and for some reason, Antifa and BLM will take offense to this and riot, destroying as they go like the communist bloc terror cells that they are and people like you and me will not be allowed to fight back.
