It just is not a very smart idea to approach and place barricades in front of police cars, surround the car and start throwing stuff at it. It's probably the second dumbest reasons for "why I got hit by a car", with the dumbest being "let's walk out into the middle of the highway and shut it down". If you do either of those and get hit by a car, then it is natural selection at work. Zero sympathy from me.
