Oh man. I used to work at a restaurant that was across from a parking lot drainage sump. Every year in summer, mayflies would swarm the west side of the building in the morning, when I would start a shift. Coincidentally also the side our drive thru was on.

Looking back on it, you'd think that would be a huge health hazard, but we never got hooked for it.

gross, growing up we had a good amount of boxelder bugs but i've never had to deal with swarms of things apart from a beehive or two. not usually squeamish but i don't know how i'd get in that car.
