So if they are including the cyclical migrants in their findings, wouldn't that mean that there is more validity behind the argument of having more temporary visas available? Also if the current numbers are that low, that would mean that the crime rates (other than them being here illegally) for that group are significantly lower than reported and/or they just don't report crimes in their communities.
No real shocker here. You can just look around you and see they've been lying for years about the numbers.
