I wonder why someone would down vote this? Curious. I mean it's just a study ... you can agree with it, or have reservations, but why negative ... sometimes these forums confuse me.

Yeah, I felt this was pretty non-partisan in presentation. Maybe it was downvoted because I just posted a bunch of things relating to Pennsylvania/Pittsburgh. I also felt these things held general interest beyond the locale.
