No criminal charges have been filed against Corso's, but the employer is under investigation
I think, in this case, if they arrested 114 people at a single company, it likely represented most if not all of the workforce. His business is likely to fail from the lack of staff alone but this is not a small bust/raid and people will talk. And with the current political climate, it is a death sentence for that company.
