Buggy didn't crash, it was hit by some jackass in a pickup who doesn't know how to drive.

This is true ... wouldn't it be great if we could back to whenever it was they didn't have clickbait titles. But in all likelihood, they always did, I guess.

I grew up in western PA. You really had to watch out for the Almish. You go around a bend doing 45 and there would be a buggy doing 5 mph. I'm surprised this doesn't happen more.

A fellow Pennsylvanian here, but I grew up in Bucks county (SE, between Philly and Allentown) in the sticks not far from Lancaster county, so been there, done that. It is odd that there aren't more.
