I'm afraid you're right. Not only on the train but the cars down below.
It was its inaugural run too. Weather is so overcast in that area they're unable to use life flight helicopters.

Yeah I just saw someone comment that one of the train cars fell on some traffic, though suprisingly no fatalities reported from that.
Hopefully they'll allow EMS to utilize JBLM's medical services.

From the pics I've seen this looks like it was a pretty violent derailment. My guess is they were traveling in excess of 50 mph and possibly as high as 70.
With 75 passengers I suspect the injuries will be in the dozens with the possibility of quite a few deaths.
Edit: 6 reported dead, all passengers.
