I wonder if they're going to use some of the written but unmade season 8 scripts. Last I heard HBO Max was considering making season 8 and making it platform exclusive. Good news all around though!

Hyped, although I was hoping more for a series than a movie. I wonder if this will be a "wrap it up" sort of 2 hour gig, or if it'll leave a mostly closed ending with the possibility of coming back for more. I guess time and profits will tell.
