Olympic Association CEO Proposal to Microchip Athletes "Like Dogs" Spawns CAMCAT

I agree but only if we make the microchipping an Olympic event, sort of like an animal hunt. If officials can out run, out swim, out box, or out wrestle the athletes and microchip them they should lose points in their respective events. It would add a whole competitiveness the Olympics generally lacks.

Can we test this on NFL players first?

This is honestly a really dumb idea and I don't think this is gonna solve any issues, but rather cause more issues.
