Not trying to talk down to you, but do consider not supporting Facebook then. Clearly FB is bad both for the lives of many individuals and for society as a whole. Lots of people think they can't leave (all family use it, how will I talk to friends otherwise, etc), but you'll find you truly can. Humans maintained communities and communications long before FB existed and will long afterwards. Might as well take the power into your own hands instead of being directed by a horrible company.

Honestly, I've experienced that with trying to post my personal Minds blog links to Facebook myself. And IMO, it is a very blatantly anti-competitive and dick move on FB's part.
