Elon Musk emails employees about 'extensive and damaging sabotage' by employee

From Elons letter:

His stated motivation is that he wanted a promotion that he did not receive. In light of these actions, not promoting him was definitely the right move.

Dry wit when faced with adversity; another trait of Elons that I respect.

Interesting that he is announcing corporate espionage this way. Most companies try and hush this up for fear of market retaliation. I don't agree with everything this man says but I really do think he is a true 21st century businessman and really looks at things in an open and honest way you don't often see in the corporate world. I'm real interested in his Boring Company project in Chicago and to see how he will deal with the inevitable set backs projects like those tend to have.
