Modernpowers is/was a textbased strategic roleplaying game. You would basically head your chosen country from current day into the future. All political ties, alliances, economies, army strenght, problems etc etc are in play. Nations can cooperate or work against eachother just like IRL. Basically it is the UN club from high-school but even nerdier!. Something for players who like to debate, play boardgames/strategic pc games, know history and like to do research.

We played 2 seasons on voat with about 30 regular players and might start another on phuks in the future.

It's not clear what exactly Thomas meant by "disabling," but Lori Moe Buckhout, a former Army colonel and expert on electronic warfare, told Breaking Defense that the attacks could possibly have targeted a EC-130's Position, Navigation and Timing (PNT) or communications.
