I'm mostly with @Fluf on this one. I think you give Obama too much credit.
I don't believe Obama is anything more than a puppet. He was chosen as a figurehead because his skin looked black, but his personality was all white.
He was nothing more than a charismatic gimmicky puppet for the Democrat elite.
Taking out a puppet does not hurt the controller.
I also feel that the shady acts you suspect would be done in a much more subtle way, not by using someone so prolific that it can't be hidden. I believe Obama is in a PR role now, using him for shenanigans would be counterproductive.

giving advice on how to deal with trump is no negotiation. without knowing anything about what specifically they talked about, saying obama was undermining trump is -tenuously- reasonable but the last part about a dispute is key. south korea is one of if not THE closest ally to the US. really grasping at straws here trying to make obama look like a criminal.

i'm not saying its appropriate for obama to be meeting with world leaders soon after trump but that hardly constitutes impeding trump but just because bush fell off the face of the planet for like 5 years doesn't mean that's what every president must do. i guess by that logic, jimmy carter is the shadow emperor or something with everything he's done since his presidency. i hope you find some better sources because i would really like to know if there is legitimate reason to dislike obama but if there's nothing more than blog quality stuff like this, don't bother.
