It's probably my favorite scifi series. You get a lot of development and you see them grow which is really neat for the series. Something I think they do better than another really.

I love the way the series was able to go from boots on the ground running through the gate system, all the way to dozens of large spacecraft in space battles. They explored the tech and slowly added a little at a time. I'm overdue for a full rewatch binge.
