That whole "software as a service" isn't used by most people. Businesses, perhaps. But businesses refuse to spend money to replace something that isn't broken. I promise most businesses won't care. Adobe did a blanket "Agree" to the terms of use without any obligation or desire to tell the end user if any third party parts can't be used any more so it's 100% Adobe's fault.

So it's the software as a service that's a problem and not the versions before that. That's even worse. Some idiot is paying monthly to use older software (which is what that whole Creative Cloud problem is supposed to prevent) that they won't support and are guilty of my point above.

All the proof you need that software as a service is blatant thievery.
