Why is anyone burying bodies in boxes, anyway? Put them in the ground as is. No chemicals, no other BS. There's too much real estate devoted dead bodies. Trust me, they don't care.

Yes, but at least with landfills, there's hope for repurposing in a couple decades. Cemeteries are colossal wastes of space, do nothing to make the departed feel any better about their new circumstances, and are little more that ego trips for anyone else.
