Yeah, I get annoyed by that shit as well. Looking at it via tor browser, or firefox with UMatrix doesn't give me any such problems.

What also didn't help is the decades of over-prescribing of antibiotics, and the widespread use of antibacterial soap and hand wash. I even saw antibacterial Windex.
Just regular soap and warm water is all you need to wash your hands.
