Triclosan was banned in soaps and beauty products about 2 years ago if I am not mistaken.

I am shocked. SHOCKED. That any company would think it's appropriate to put this ingredient in toothpaste. I just went into my bathroom and checked and the shit we've been using has it. This is an industrial-grade disinfectant more appropriate for sanitizing an operating room floor, not internal fucking use in toothpaste. I'll be buying new shit today. Jesus Christ.
