i recommend using like 5% more of ingredients because the recipe makes juuuust enough sauce or make a double batch and use some as spaghetti sauce or making multiple lasagnas for freezing. also, some spicy italian sausage rather than the pork is recommended. also, it doesn't need to be a dutch oven, just a covered pot.
