2 tomatoes

2 nectarines

2 peaches

1 brown onion

1 teaspoon yellow mustard seeds

1 bay leaf

2 small red chilis

3/4 cup of raw sugar

1 cup of white vinegar

Cooked til it was reduced to half the volume.

Had some today with a cheeseboard lunch. Its a little too runny, should have cooked it down more.

Onions, nectarines and peaches together sounds a bit odd

I had it with cheese and crackers and pickles. Its chunky and runny at the same time. Bits of fruit and onion in a spicy syrup.
