Usually I put a harness on him because he has slipped his collar a few times in the past, but today I couldn't find it so I just took him out with his collar. I think he wriggled out of it this time because he saw some kids playing with a ball.

The field has a main road on one side, so I was trying to herd him away from it slowly, but he ended up running in the opposite direction and I had to chase him. After about 20-25 mins I lost him and started wandering around asking if anyone had seen a dog. A woman said there was a dog in the kebab shop so I went to investigate.

Lo and behold, there he was. Apparently he walked in through the back door and just sat there panting and sniffing the air. His greed knows no bounds.

At least I know where to go if I lose him again.

Maybe you should buy him a kebab for his help the other day.
