Weigh your pot odds against instinct gleaned from a players prior behavior. There's a concept few ever truly identify. Synchronicity. I can watch a deck of cards get shuffled. Unless they spend an inordinate amount of time shuffling I can sometimes identify situations where I just know w/ high accuracy the next card coming in a sequence. Daniel Negreanu is especially adept at this. There's generally a highlight of his from every tournament where he predicts the next card. It's one of those things you either get it or you don't. Oddly enough being slightly ADD helps.
Well I guess that depends on your hand, doesn't it? There's always a chance, but I'm not sure I'd be rollin' on the river if I had nothing.
