The magic is in their restraint during position and ability to read. At a final table luck is always a huge factor and you must appreciate it. You can take down a pro if you aren't readable and play good hands or even retarded ones off position once you reach the final table. Luck is a big part of the game but grinding is what sets them apart in big tourneys. They need the read (pros), or it's just a game of dice. I haven't put any more in and my chips were getting significant so I got the boot... I believe if you aren't losing enough they'd rather have you banned. Haven't talked any shit since my last post just randomly got the ban and waiting on those nugget horders. UK guy lost to me 3 times since without convo and here we are... wtf
I get that. People don't like to lose when they claim they're good... Even a broken clock... plus luck... people are too competitive and even when you can a bluff with J6 (I call that and lower jack shit) they get mad that you called... what's the deal? you knew you'd win
i have a tendency to fall ass backwards into winning poker games. i'll go all in for no reason on a pair of 4s to pick up the antes or take on anyone with the balls to call and i'll make grandiose claims about having a straight, show that i have exactly what i claimed i had except i actually have a flush i didn't notice that beats the other person's straight. in my little experience, i found asymmetrical warfare to be the best strategy. for some reason people don't like to play with me.
